Welcome to Phoenix East in vibrant Orange Beach! We're thrilled to share this condo's unique history – it was previously owned by music producer Quinn Ivy, known for his recording studio in Sheffield, AL where he produced the iconic song, 'When a Man Loves a Woman' by Percy Sledge, a #1 hit on the Billboard music charts in the early 60s. As we celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, we hope our condo's special legacy adds to your experience, whether for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.
Step into our spacious condo and immerse yourself in the sought-after coastal 'beachy' ambiance. The breathtaking view from the balcony spans miles of the Gulf, extending to the jetties at Perdido Pass.
The interior features coastal-themed living room furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and charming décor. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything for a delightful home-cooked meal. The master bedroom includes a big flat-screen TV, a comfortable king-size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks and a stand-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a TV with a DVD player. The hallway hosts a stackable washer and dryer and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months, with varying minimum stays of three or seven nights based on unit specifications.
Professionally managed by Poole and Associates,
Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $55 per pass, while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $65. You will need to purchase your parking pass through a link that is sent to you once you book.
****Indoor pool room renovation project at Phoenix East is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13. The indoor pool and hot tubs are expected to reopen on May 9. During this time, the indoor pool area will be temporarily unavailable.
NOTE: During this time, guests may use the Phoenix East II indoor pool and hot tubs only, while the work is being completed.***
While linens are provided, guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items, and policies mandate renters to be at least 25 years old, with a necessary photo ID at check-in, and strictly prohibit smoking and pets. Inquire about monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February for extended stays."

Condo unit itself was wonderful; clean, fully functional, comfortable for our family, and has a beautiful view. No complaints there. However, the listing DID NOT state that the entire property was under construction. Men were hanging from scaffolding, over the balconies, drilling and banging noises all day, starting at 8am and going until 5pm. No sleeping in, no naps on vacation. We spoke with others who were also staying on the property, as we listened to the noise by the pool (and while we listened to the workers Spanish music blasting) and their condo listings stated the property WAS under construction, so it is very disappointing our listing did not state it as we would’ve NOT stayed there. Just very shady to treat customers that way. People save up their money to come relax on vacation once or twice a year, and it’s very unfortunate there was poor communication. Also, I’m not sure that the indoor pool and hot tubs were cleaned during the 3 days we were there, as there were gobs of hair and trash on the concrete beside the indoor pool in the same spot each day. I specifically wrote the Poole management team BEFORE we booked and asked if all amenities were working and they wrote back assuring they were. One hot tub was closed, and the other “working” one was halfway full of water. There was caution tape on the front entry doors, with caution tape all over the area where you check in, blocking off entry on one side. They clearly knew construction was taking place.
