It is composed of two independent bedrooms, one with 2x 90 double beds (king size) and a bunk bed and the other with a 2x 90 double bed (king size), an equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom of bath.
A large terrace with a privileged view of the Loire will instantly put you in the Loire atmosphere.
Located in a peaceful area and in the heart of the town of Chalonnes, you can find all shops and services a few steps from the accommodation.

We received a warm welcome from the proprietor, Sylvie, at this pleasant modern 1st Floor riverside property with nice views along the Loire, and an open terrace for al fresco dining. Within a short walk from many local restaurants, shops, and the twice weekly local market, it makes a good base to visit the many local Chateaux, and is at the heart of the Anjou vineyards for tastings etc.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment on the Loire. Close to everything and quiet.

This apartment and owners are great. Everything you need is supplied (with exception of toiletries). Convenient to several nearby castles and many wineries. Within walking distance of several restaurants. The owners are very helpful and accommodating with quick replies to any concerns or questions. I can't say enough about this place! Here's a tip...make dinner reservations as most local restaurants require them.
