You'll enjoy the privacy of the patio while you relax after your choice of local activities. This one room studio condo is best suited for 2 adults. It has all the comforts of home, and is situated in a convenient Mid-Cape location to access all the best Cape Cod has to offer! If you need more space, we have another studio condo at the same location available!
The space
Studio: The sleeping accommodations include a queen bed with pillowtop mattress and a full size pull out bed. Decorated in beach décor, this cozy studio reminds you that you're on Cape Cod beach getaway as soon as you step inside. Open up the sliding glass door to feel the fresh ocean air or simply enjoy the sunshine that shines through the condo that creates a relaxing ambiance. The studio condo is situated in a one level building and offers a cozy, relaxed vacation retreat. You'll be able to sit outside on the private patio as you delight in pleasant Cape Cod evenings. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you listen to the sounds of the ocean and relax while sitting on the comfortable patio furniture. There are many fantastic dining establishments within walking distance of the property. But, there's no need to travel when hunger strikes. Whip up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen or make a barbeque dinner using the community gas grill. The kitchen has everything you need to make meal prep a breeze, including appliances, cookware, and utensils!
After a day of fun in the sun or exploring The Cape, come back and jump in the onsite pool. Turn on the flat-screen Smart TV and drift off on the cozy queen bed while watching your favorite shows or a calming movie.

Beatifully decorated. Everything you need (except food, sheets and towels). Very close to Glendon Beach. Very clean (a must in my book). Lovely neighbors, some of whom own - always friendly and helpful. Small but for one or two people, very comfortable. Enjoy!

Everything was exactly what we needed for our Mother/Daughter getaway. Morning coffee on the beach which is literally a few steps away. Very comfortable and cozy. Perfect location if you’re looking for something super close to the beach yet an easy drive to everything else you want to do. We will definitely be back. Definitely recommend!

I found the unit to be charming and well designed. Although the toaster didn’t work, the kitchen was efficient and pretty well stocked. It was easy to get to the beach and Sailing Cow, as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much! What a great little place with all the comforts of home. Very short walk to the beach and The Sailing Cow for great food and beverages!
