This was the perfect little place for my wife and I to stay over a long weekend. Very clean and well maintained. The beach is very close and there’s a great breakfast place within a 5 minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although there was an issue that cropped up, Janet, was very responsive and dealt with the issue promptly. Good central location to traverse Cape Cod and surrounding areas.

My husband and i just came back from a 4 day stay in Dennisport ma. The condo we rented was cute as a button, clean, had a nice little enclosed private area out back with table, chairs and umbrella. The association also had a nice pool that we went to one day. Beach was very close and so were a few eateries. We enjoyed ourselves. We would love to go back next year for a longer stay. Hope that week will be open and we stay healthy.

This is our second stay at this efficiency. The location is in a quiet area less than a block from the beach. For 2 people, the property is ideal. The owner is very responsive and respects your privacy. There are plenty of great restaurants close by. Our favorites are Swan River, O'Shea's, and the Sailing Cow (very casual). If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation for 2, this is a very good place to reserve.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. The unit was clean and well stocked. The pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Dennisport for the week! Clean and comfortable space that was well stocked with everything we needed. Back patio was nice to have as well. Super close walking distance to the beach. Also convenient location to several restaurants and a great spot to explore all that the Cape has to offer.

Loved this cozy condo! It is close to Glendon Rd Beach but we chose to drive to the National Sea shore for our beach time. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood! Would stay again.

I took my mom to the Cape for a long weekend. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do. I would definitely stay again. It was very quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to the beach and we watched the sunset every night at the beach. It was exactly what we both needed. Very Simple Process
It couldn't have been easier. The check in process was as if I was going into my own home away from home. That easy. The condo was exactly as described and a short walk to the beach. I would stay again.

Wonderful Cottage!
Excellent little getaway, perfect for two persons. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked, location was incredible! Walk to the beach! Pool is nice too. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place by the sea
This charming cottage was everything the listing said it would be. It was extremely clean and decorated like a quaint beach cottage. If you like to do stay in meals, everything you need is there (pans, dishes etc.). It's a short walk to the ocean and the neighborhood is quiet as well. Would definitely book again!

So close to the beach
The weather didn't cooperate, however had an excellent get-away with shopping, browsing and walking around Cape Cod. Comfortable efficiency. Quiet. Had everything I needed.

Janet and Gail are thoughtful, excellent hosts. Upon arrival, everything was as described and immaculate! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Very nice, clean community. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. I would love to book again!
