This inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a comfortable, walkable beach stay without the crowds. The beach is just a short walk away. No driving, no parking stress—grab your towel and be on the sand in minutes. After a day in the sun, cool off in the NEWLY RENOVATED, shared POOL!

We can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through the platform for lightning fast response.
This quaint Indian Rocks Beach neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation, girls' (or guys') weekend, business retreat, or local stay-cation. This cute and extremely safe neighborhood is perfect for walking, going for a bike ride or walking the dog.
It's surrounded by mom and pop restaurants, ice cream shops, boutique shops, and of course the BEACH!
*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!
Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals where parking is easy (and FREE) on property and we are across the street from the beach. There is a beach access right at 7th street. FREE parking is easy on the property. There is beach access right on 7th street across Gulf Blvd, only a 2 minute walk. The large pool area is shared by the other units and is rarely occupied by more than 1 or 2 families at a time.
We provide beach chairs, a wagon, a beach umbrella, and beach towels.
Inside, the FIRST floor condo is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up to feel like a home—not just a place to sleep. The living area offers comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a TV for relaxing nights in. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or beach-day breakfasts.
Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights with cozy beds, quality linens, and space to unpack and settle in. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials, and an in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays or sandy swimsuits a breeze.

This is a great place to stay, short walk to the beach. Very clean, exactly as pictured in the pictures. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

This was such a cute place so close to the beach. Literally walking distance . Right across the small street. The place welcomes pets and we had our kitty with us. The place was clean, stacked with esential items u'd need. Communication was top notch. I mean id send a message and within minutes id have a response. They also had a book with addresses of restaurants and ice cream places. Grocery stores , trift stores, 10/15 mins away by driving. We spent every day by the beach and the pool. They also had everything youd need for a beach, wagon, beach toys for kids, chairs, umbrella This was a really, really nice place.

The host was very responsive and the location was great. We enjoyed walking to the beach and using the pool!
