We loved the house and the area. Wild Turkeys greeted us in the morning along with Deer and Quail in the neighborhood.

Everything was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, wild turkeys running thru the streets. It was another amazing stay in Cambria. We would book here again!

Great little spot to stay. Would revisit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 86-year-old mother was with us. She’s in good shape but the house is on such a steep hill that walking in the neighborhood wasn’t possible. And I had to place a chair in front of the step on the deck as it is impossible to see when you are walking out the door. The internet didn’t work. We had to go into town to buy bath soap and extra toilet paper. The floor wasn’t clean. It’s an very small place. Very basic. But it is priced with this in mind, I think. It’s very reasonable for what you get and it’s just a very short drive to the beach, park, preserve, and into town. I highly suggest someone put a strip of contrasting material on the edge of that first step. Also, there were lots of huge cobwebs in the garage which was off-putting.
