Everything was as described in the ad. The team was really good at answering my questions fast and very helpful.

The drive up to the door was terrible. One lane and you had to wait in line to leave or come into the property. The ramp for the suitcase is horrible. It does seem like the staff was disorganized. When we came in to check in the power went out. The staff had no idea what to do. There was no protocol in place for an emergency. The lights went out.
