Enjoy your morning coffee on a screened lanai overlooking the pond with a fountain in this one bedroom, one bath condo located at Runaway Bay in Bradenton Beach. Just a short walk across the street is the most gorgeous beaches. Tastefully decorated master bedroom features a king bed and a slider to the private lanai. Living room has a new queen sofa bed. Enjoy snacks and your favorite beverage at the kitchen bar. Flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room. Washer/Dryer is included.

The condo comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, beach supplies including 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 beach wagon, beach toys and floats.
As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.
Community amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.
Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

The apartment was good, and it has everything that you need included the books, board games for kids and everything that you need for the beach. the location is perfect, and the owner makes our vacation and stay easy. I really recommend this place
