Prestigious apartment with large square footage, located on the second floor with an elevator.
The apartment has a large and charming entrance hall with high ceilings and marmorino decorations. Entering we find ourselves directly in the living area with an open space consisting of a living room with a comfortable white leather sofa, a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, a dining area, and a large terrace equipped with tables and sofas, where you can comfortably dine and relax. Next, we find a first full bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom.
From both rooms, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Grand Canal that will allow you to admire the historic Venetian regatta.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

I’ll start with a good.Location was amazing! easy walk to the train and to taxis and buses. Inside Place was clean and beds were comfortable but could’ve used more pillows. There is a small elevator which was great to get luggage Upstairs. Grocery store one minute walk was very convenient.finding it was a little difficult. Entrance area of the apartment was dirty. No dish soap to wash dishes or a sponge or dish towels to clean things and very minimal kitchen supplies. The washing machine, which is a big reason we rented this place was on the bottom floor in a room full of mattresses and furniture blocking it so it was completely unusable. we had to buy toilet paper the very first day because not enough was supplied for a three day stay. Also would’ve great to have a full length mirror somewhere. Air conditioner in the living room was leaking water and some of the blinds didn’t work. Overall, the condition of the apartment needed some care.
