Perfect location to mountain.

The house was great and so close to Timberline Mountain! Only complaint is that there was not a shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, so we were not able to use it.

This property is very dated with screens/windows/doors, the deck, etc. in very poor condition. While “clean”, creature comforts were at a bare minimum (no paper goods, foil, trash bags, extra detergent, paper towels, basic spices, etc. were in the kitchen) and the ROKU wasn’t properly connected to the main tv. No box fans were provided (except for one that was broken) and it was very warm inside. Few windows could be opened because of the holes in the screens or ones that were missing altogether. The property’s carpet needs replaced (dated with lots of burn marks) and a musty/mold smell was apparent throughout the unit. It’s in a wonderful location and we made it work for our short stay, but I would not rent to again.
