Very clean. Plenty of room for 8-people. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Walking distance to beach and stores.

Perfect location. Nice pool and dock to fish off of. Nice layout. Could use simple updates such as new area rugs, shower curtains, and cookware/silverware. Great value for money.

We stayed here to our Son’s wedding at The Sandbar. Cannot beat the value for the location on the island absolutely loved our stay here.

Very very outdated house. The old chain link fence takes away from the nice back yard and pool. Location is good especially if boating. The dock is nice minus the garbage in the fish cleaning sink. There’s nothing horribly wrong with the house, but there’s nothing right.
