Located in the heart of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, just a few steps from the beach, this bright and spacious 55m² apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building. It offers sea views from the kitchen and rooftop views from the other side. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and can accommodate up to 4 guests. 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made upon arrival.
Apartment layout:
- A spacious, bright living area with a sofa and TV.
- A fully equipped open kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, dishwasher, and a dining table for 4.
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200) with a closet.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200) with a closet.
- A bathroom with a shower.
- A separate toilet.
- Baby amenities available upon request: high chair and travel crib (For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide an additional mattress for the crib. You are welcome to bring your own if needed.).
Transport & Parking:
• Public parking is available nearby (paid) – Closest option: “Parking Théâtre”.
• Train station: Saint-Malo Train Station (10 minutes by car, 2.5 km – Bus line 2).
• Airport: Rennes Airport (1h05 drive, 76.3 km).
• Bus & coach departures from Place St-Vincent to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, Mont Saint-Michel, and all Saint-Malo districts.
• Ferry terminal: 5-minute walk (connections to Portsmouth, Jersey, Guernsey).

Le Cap Cézembre "This apartment was very well located inside the walls of St Malo; apartment itself was clean and great for our family of 4.
Like most apartments in France, there was only one bathroom and shower which can be a challenge if travelling as a group of friends & is situated on the 2nd floor of the apartment block so does mean you have to climb very steep stairs but otherwise it was just perfect!"

Le Cap Cézembre "Great apartment with all the comforts (beside the washing machine)
🙂 The apartment is spacious and clean, super good location, intramuros. Perfect for those who want to explore saint malo.
🙁 The fact there was no parking spot (you could find a parking spot everywhere intramuros but you had to pay for it, not little money). But more importantly, I would definitively add a washing machine in the house."
