HOUSE RULES
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No parties or unauthorized guests. The primary booker must be 18+ and present for the duration of the stay.
• No glitter. It is extremely difficult to remove and will result in an additional cleaning charge.
• No pets, except verified service animals. Please notify us at the time of booking if you are bringing a service animal.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors (noise monitor on premises)
• Keep the Honeywell thermostat at 74°F or above. Do not set below 68°F, as this can cause the coil to freeze.
• Please follow the posted Swim Spa Rules. The swim spa is professionally serviced weekly.
• Only flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs resulting from improper disposal.
• Extended stays beyond 30 days are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $405/month. Partial months are charged at $202.50.

My stay at Sandy Bliss was one of those rare cases where the place actually lives up to the hype, and in a lot of ways, exceeds it. Everything was exactly as described, clean, organized, and clearly set up with intention. The house feels genuinely comfortable, not staged or artificial, and it works just as well for families with kids as it would for a group of adults.The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much anything you’d need, the beds are comfortable, and the extra touches, like labeled items, beach gear, and plenty of towels, make a noticeable difference. The backyard and hot tub are standout features, and the location is ideal, close to the beach but still quiet and easy to get in and out of.The host is a big part of why this place works so well. Communication is quick, clear, and proactive, and everything from check-in to check-out is simple and smooth.Bottom line, this is a well-run, reliable place that delivers what it promises and then some. I’d come back without thinking twice

This property was the perfect spot!! Not far from all the activities or the beach with amazing safety features for the littles. Everyone loved the spa and the atmosphere of being able to feel at home away from home. The host was AMAZING!! She helped me with every question and concern I had quickly and efficiently. She was very kind as well. This property also provides everything you might forget. I would definitely recommend booking here if you want a stress free vacation or getaway!!

Home was very clean and well stocked. The beach items available were in good condition and very helpful! Plenty of space for us and all our adult children.
