This beautiful complex consists of two towers with this unit located in building #2 (left tower/ east tower). The Palms features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool.



Unit 304 is situated on the 3rd floor of a 10-story building. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, offering a spectacular view of the Gulf. It's high enough to enjoy panoramic views of the skyline, sunrises, and sunsets, yet low enough to see the beach from the porch and living area.

Inside, you'll discover a spacious open floor plan condo with 1398 square feet of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a stand-alone icemaker, seating for six at the dining table, and two more at the kitchen breakfast bar. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo comfortably sleeps eight.



The spacious living room boasts a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa, a 60' 4k HD smart TV, and a DVD player. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large wrap-around balcony, offering spectacular views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit gets wonderful natural light and captures panoramic views. The balcony features Polywood Adirondack table and chairs, creating a comfortable and tranquil lounging space.



The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen HDTV, DVD player, and a private bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

Other Things to Note:

The reservation includes two parking passes for the complex which you will pick up from our office upon arrival. If you have a third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office, which is about 2 miles from the complex, for $50 per stay.



AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
