We had a great time on Sugar and in Banner Elk - great area. The condo at Sugar Ski & Country Club were great - the pool/hot tub area was nice after a busy day.

Really nice location and easy communication. Lots of extra linen, my kids ended up using extra flat sheets as they don’t like heavy comforters. Kitchen is very nice and clean. We had dinners at home after full day of skiing. Can see slopes from the balcony!

I get that weather can not be controlled but communication about the ski lift not having snow can. Also $500 cash deposit is ridiculous. Every place in the civilized world lets you put deposit on a credit card.
