The Space:
141 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a first-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and Guest Services. This newly renovated, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is gorgeous and perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach.
Features include a spacious outside deck, gorgeous ocean views, and a gas grill for all of your BBQ meals. It accommodates up to 12 people and offers stunning patio views of the ocean.
Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards,These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
