Located next to the owners small holding with an abundance of animals, The Chicken Shed will delight young and old alike.. All on the Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Doggy extras. Large enclosed lawned garden with courtyard and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars.. Both properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available on request. Welcome pack. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Kennels available. No smoking.. Situated in a beautiful, rural location near the village of Bilsington, these two detached properties are in the perfect location for a countryside break, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The properties are adjacent to the owners’ smallholding, which is home to a range of animals including emu, goats, turkeys and many more. With this in mind, the owners are happy to welcome pets, however they must be kept on a lead at all times.
The Chicken Shed (ref UKC2242) has been decorated and furnished to a good standard with a unique style to ensure guests feel at home. The Duck House (ref UK10016), which has been refurbished in 2018, is a spacious converted stable and boasts fantastic countryside views from the living room. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy the large enclosed gardens and stunning views.
The local pub is a short distance away in Bilsington, and there are also shops and restaurants in Aldington. For a high speed train journey to London or Paris, Ashford International is a short drive away. Kent also boasts several fantastic golf courses with the closest being in Tenterden. Several attractions in Kent include Canterbury, with its boutique shops, cobbled streets and famous cathedral, or enjoy a day by the sea in either Whitstable or Broadstairs. Beach 8½ miles. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 1½ miles.

This lovely house was a great retreat. It was close to many amazing attractions but offered a quiet rural escape after our busy days out. There was plenty of room for parking and it was well equiped inside. The chicken theme extended throughout which was very sweet.

The house was not very clean and is in need of decorating and updatingI did not feel comfortable using the shower due to dirt around tray and in the grout / tilesThe kitchen is looking very old and there were stains on the walls, top of the fridge and inside the cupboard that houses the cooking equipment whilst the cupboard for the plates, cups and glasses is bowed and does not look safe.There were also stains on the washing machine fasciaThe ‘porch’ is also water stained inside
