Our property can accommodate up to 14 people and is divided into 3 luxurious, self-contained apartments, each of which has been meticulously furnished with the expert guidance of the world’s leading home stagers.
Each apartment features spacious and elegant bedrooms with the following amenities:
high-resolution flat-screen Smart TVs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and spacious closets;
luxurious bathrooms equipped with a telephone, hair straightener, bidet, shower or bathtub, towels, and select soaps;
Cozy and bright living rooms equipped with Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, as well as majestic Roman stone fireplaces;
All kitchens are fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including: oven, toaster, juicer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, a selection of fine teas, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, and kitchen utensils;
In one of our largest apartments, you’ll find a spacious walk-in closet featuring an exclusive makeup station
Let yourself be swept away by the wellness experience that extends from the fully equipped fitness room, to our wonderful sauna—and don’t miss the enchanting hot tub, which can be heated up to 40 °C / 104 °F. This unique experience allows you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Aurelian Walls and the famous San Pancrazio Gate in total privacy and relaxation.
In the indoor spa & fitness area, you’ll find dedicated towels, a kettle, a selection of teas, and a private bathroom with a shower;
After a day of cultural exploration, you can return home to a private entrance leading to a fully equipped garden where moonlit dinners or barbecues in good company will become unforgettable moments
The ceiling features numerous beams of fine oak in various sizes, just as it was originally, while the soft tones we’ve applied to the walls ensure a sense of calm and sophistication.

Absolutely beautiful property with plenty of space for our family! Clean, walking distance to dinning and shopping. Very quiet and host very helpful with extras like transportation and food! We will return!

Fabulous location within walking distance of all the basics and to Trastevere/Vatican City. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 and kitchens capable of simple meals. Host (Daniela) was very accomodating and accessible. A few things to note from our stay: we were unable to get the drying function of the combined washer/dryer to work. It was chilly some nights and we could have used extra blankets. Some of the umbrellas/awnings/outdoor furniture needs replacement (normal wear & tear). Limited indoor "gathering" spots during cool/rainy times - but likely a seasonal issue as the outdoor space is fab. Physical keys for entry was a bit of a juggle but we made it work. Overall we'd stay there again for all the positives!

Victor waited for us on arrival. Photos are matching the property really well. Very comfortable, lots of rooms, great location. We really enjoyed and recommend

We had a short stay with a large family group. The house was an old, fascinating building-but clean and functional.. Definitely good for groups who need some space to spread out. We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. The location is close to the sights of downtown Roma, but removed enough to provide a peaceful respite after sightseeing.
