Ammodonostro is a private Italian estate just outside Rome, designed for those who seek more than a place to stay.

This is not a standard rental, but a curated space where atmosphere, aesthetics, and experience come together to host intimate stays, destination weddings, and meaningful celebrations.

Here, time slows down — between golden sunsets, quiet countryside, and thoughtfully designed spaces that invite connection, beauty, and authenticity.

The estate is ideal for:
• Intimate destination weddings with a refined and personal approach
• Multi-day celebrations and curated private events
• Exclusive family gatherings
• Small group retreats focused on quality, not volume

Ammodonostro is not a high-volume event venue. We host a limited number of events each season to preserve the quality, care, and uniqueness of every experience. The estate is designed for intimate gatherings rather than large-scale events.

Surrounded by the beauty of the Italian countryside, the estate offers complete privacy, expansive outdoor spaces, and a romantic atmosphere shaped by vintage charm and carefully curated details.

Guests can enjoy:
• A private pool overlooking the landscape
• Al fresco dining under the stars
• Multiple outdoor areas for gatherings and relaxation
• A unique and intimate setting for meaningful celebrations

The property blends authentic Italian character with refined comfort, offering a cinematic backdrop ideal for weddings, events, and unforgettable stays.

EVENTS & USE OF THE PROPERTY

All events — including weddings, celebrations, or external guests — must be discussed and approved in advance.

The number of guests, use of spaces, and event format are carefully evaluated to ensure alignment with the nature of the property.

Please note that the estate accommodates up to 14 guests for overnight stays.

For events, it is possible to host additional guests beyond this number, up to a maximum of 100 attendees. The overall structure of the event — including guest count and use of spaces — is carefully evaluated, and an event fee applies accordingly.

This approach allows us to preserve the atmosphere, quality, and integrity of the property while hosting each celebration.

To preserve the identity and quality of the venue:
• External vendors must be approved in advance
• Events are designed in coordination with the hosting team
• Certain areas of the property may have specific usage guidelines
