Central location. Most accommodating staff ever. Adi met our every need over our 16 day stay. This is the third consecutive year we have stayed at the Herbert Samuel hotel in Jerusalem. Our synagogue was 500 steps away. Shopping. Music. It’s so central to all of Jerusalem it’s my go to for that city.
I feel a bit of refurbishment is needed in some areas like bathroom facilities but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff takes care and even housekeeping was on the ball with meeting our needs
