We arrived at the hotel and, to our embarrassment, discovered that I had made a mistake with the booking date and had accidentally booked the room for next year. Luckily for us, there was one last room available, and the reception team did everything they could to help us sort out the mess .The staff were wonderful helpful, kind and welcoming with a smile and a positive attitude. We received excellent service and truly felt that they wanted to help us. The room itself was pleasant, clean and well maintained, and the view was simply breathtaking. A huge thank you to the team for the wonderful service and hospitality!

The location was great and the property had all that we needed
The 2 floors were a bit less suitable for us as a family with small children

The appartement are big and the building was located in a great spot
The sofa bed was too hard. And the cleaning was not done properly.
Now I could say that for a couple without having to use the sofa , it is a nice spot
