The Space:
From the moment you walk in this beautiful condo, you will notice the attention that was put in to making this a perfect place for your Branson Trip. The large living area provides plenty of space for the group to unwind from the daily travel adventures. Take advantage of the fully equipped and kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances and upgraded cookware. Spend some time out on the balcony and take in the incredible view of Branson and smells of the Ozark hillside. This fabulous condo will sleep up to 8 people, so bring the whole family. If you want a luxury type property at a reasonable price, you better get this one booked quick because this new vacation condo has it all and then some!

All three beds have remote controlled adjustable head positions!

Such a great location to access EVERYTHING in Branson. - Located off a main by-pass road to help avoid traffic - Up the hill from Table Rock Lake (2 miles) - Just off of the Branson Strip (1.5 miles) - Down the road from Silver Dollar City (4.5 Miles) - Take 165 to Fall creek to get to the Branson Landing. - You will not regret this location for sure!!
**WE HAVE MANY OTHER PROPERTIES IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD THAT CAN BE COMBINED TO ACCOMDATE LARGER GROUPS AS WELL. ASK FOR DETAILS!
Other Things to Note:
**This condo is located down a flight of stairs and may not be suitable for the mobility impaired.
**Minimum booking age is 21.
**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.
**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.
**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.

Only problem for us was the stairs and the noise from the upstairs neighbors at night.

Amazing stay!
Condo is very clean, in a very good location for easy access to every attraction, and has a great view of Branson sunrise!
All beds are cloud soft and have adjustable backs to sit the mattresses up.
1st floor, down stairs, but this means kids wont disturb neighbors if they get rowdy. Huge plus for our family.
Plenty of blankets throughout to stay warm, additional heater/fireplace in the living room was a huge hit with the wife, makeup wipes in the bathrooms available, and extra pillows in each closet.
This place was fully loaded with everything you need.
Condo entrance off the main road is easy to miss, be ready for a sharp turn in, and a steep grade slope going down, but it puts you in such a great view spot, it's worth it.
Condo was populated with mostly tourist, not too many locals living there from what we could tell, clean area, felt safe.

Great location, plenty of room for our girls trip. Clean and comfortable and close to attractions. The only issue for us was the stairs (which I didn't see noted in the condo's description). Would stay again.

Parking is totally inadequate, people parked on grass,sidewalks because there was no where to park. Building had a smell and hallways were full of bugs. Back patio had trash left from previous occupants.
