This charming country house is perfect for enjoying a quiet holiday in a natural setting with stunning sea views. Its location, just 4 km from the beach and the town, makes it an ideal place to combine relaxation and coastal activities.
The interior of the house is distributed on one floor, offering comfort and functionality. The house has 3 bedrooms: two of them with 2 single beds each, and a third bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort at any time of the year. In addition, it has 2 complete bathrooms with a shower, modern and well equipped. The day area includes a cozy living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing meals while sharing time with your loved ones.
The exterior is one of the strong points of this property. The house has a porch that includes a barbecue area with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals, and another area with a garden relaxation set, ideal for enjoying the breeze and the views. The houe is rustic and sits up relatively high which gives you dramatic panoramic views of the countryside and the Mediterranean sea. Customer has a garden and your welcome to fresh fruits and vegetables.Downtown Rincón de la Victirua is a 7 minut drive down hill where you can park all day fir just 1 Euro.we are definitely going back.
