The staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find the other three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From one bedroom you have direct access to a small terrace, a private place from which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area. In front of the house you will find an inviting pool area and sun loungers where you can relax with a cold drink on warm summer days. Villa Matia offers a small wellness room next to the main house where you can simply relax in the sauna. The outdoor area also has a covered dining area, perfect for a family gathering, and a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.
