Enjoy high ceilings and tranquil decor in this beautifully decorated home, complete with tasteful, rustic-nautical furnishings that will have you feeling immediately relaxed as you step through the front door! Feast your eyes on the gorgeous large bucolic wood dining table and an open kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. The well-lit kitchen, with two breakfast bar stools, includes an abundant selection of supplies and appliances that make it perfect for entertaining loved ones with your culinary skills. The plush and cozy living room lures you in with cool tile and natural light from large windows, inviting you to surrender your cares and enjoy the large flat screen TV. Enjoy a gas grill to prepare your fresh catch of the day!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This abode comfortably sleeps up to six people. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. If you need space for two more people, there is a sleeper sofa downstairs for your convenience as well as a half bathroom. Both bedrooms include flat screen TVs.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
Gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds boasts panoramic tropical garden views. Enjoy a large heated swimming pool that invites you to soak up the sun while relishing our island’s warm breeze. There is a clubhouse and a small fitness room (equipped with a treadmill. stationary bike and free weights) available to guests. The Key West Golf Course is just a minute away. For the boaters out there, this property is also centrally located around 3 different marinas.
PARKING...
Parking for 2 vehicles - No assigned parking, park as close to your unit as possible.
PETS...
No pets please.
Coral Hammock HOA-Rules & Regulations
· No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked within the community.
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

I would stay at this location anytime that we are in Key West. The home was very clean and well stocked. Response time to any questions that I had were addressed in a timely manner. We felt safe and secure throughout the week. Enjoyed the pool area and my granddaughter loved chasing all the curly tail lizards. Very Impressed! Thank You

The unit is very pleasant, nicely decorated, and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The only misleading aspect of the posting was the touting of the fitness center, which is tiny, unkempt, and virtually unusable. The smoke detector chirped through one of the nights we were there, but the management promptly changed the battery when notified. People who book the unit should be aware that check-out time is 10 AM, and there is no flexibility.

Off Call was perfect in every sense of the word! Zintmaster correspondence was fast, helpful, and courteous! Location was perfect! Kitchen had basic necessities. Beds were very comfortable! New furniture (not pictured) was comfy. Pool was GREAT!!
