Sandpiper 607 is located at the south end of our complex. This unit features private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Guests of this stunning beachfront condo can wake up to a Mustang Island sunrise, from the privacy of their own balconies. Beautiful counter tops are spread throughout this open concept kitchen which comes equipped with everything you will need to entertain your friends and family; we even provide the view! Why wait for long lines at a restaurant? This unit provides an amazing kitchen and a dining area with premier views of the ocean. A half bath is located off the kitchen for convenient use. The living area has plenty of comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV during your down time from the beach.
The spacious Master bedroom boasts a King size bed and in suite walk in tiled shower bathroom, lots of counter space! The second bedroom has one full size bed and one twin bed. The guest bathroom also has a beautifully tiled, glass enclosed shower.

Amazingly clean condo close enough to everything but far enough away from the business! The beach location is also exceptional, the beach was clean and water was beautiful. The convenience of renting chairs and umbrellas was so nice not having to lug all our stuff down every day. We will most certainly be back.

We recently stayed at this ocean front condo and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The location was excellent, with beautiful views directly overlooking the beach and very easy beach access, which made the stay relaxing and convenient.There are a few opportunities for improvement. Several of the electrical sockets did not work properly when plugging in chargers, which was inconvenient throughout the stay. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service for the entire trip, which significantly increased wait times and made carrying luggage and day-to-day items more difficult.There was also a storm during our stay that caused both the electricity and internet to go out. While we understand weather-related outages are outside of the property's control, it did impact part of the experience.Overall, the condo itself and the beachfront location were wonderful, and with a few maintenance improvements, this could easily be an even better stay!
