Excellent property! Exactly as described. I was really impressed with how well stocked the condo was. It definitely felt like someone’s home; plenty of amenities that you would expect in a house vs. a short-term rental. I’m used to bringing so many things to make a stay easier and didn’t need any of them this time! A few things I appreciated- filtered water in the fridge (cold) and at the sink (room temp), a boogie board and beach shade, Tupperware containers that looked new and actually had matching lids, board games in the living room, and luggage racks in the closet. Made everything so easy! The condo building itself was very clean, staff was friendly, parking was easy. It really is right on the water. Chairs and loungers were available every day, even on the busy 4th of July weekend. The outdoor hoses and showers were great to wash all the sand off, definitely helped keep the condo cleaner. I can’t say enough good things about this stay. The views were incredible, the condo was exceptional, and the atmosphere was exactly what we expected. Port A is not a traditional “beach town” if you’re expecting east coast vibes, but if you are looking for a calm place to spend time a the beach, this is it! Highly recommend 1007!!!

Best condo we have stayed for vacation! Well acquainted, beautifully decorated and the host were quick to answer and friendly! Kitchen is stocked and organized and we didn’t need anything other than groceries! Beach was way better than we expected and clean. The staff at the location were just ok- but since we were dealing with the owners directly that didn’t bother us at all!
