No vent or fan in the cooking area. All non stick pans are scratched. Unsteady or not attached dishwasher, it tilts when you open it.The location is not bad, it settled in a quite area, close or walking distance to the beach. Overall we would rent again here.

The property is a little outdated. The living room has furniture that nobody wanted. The garage had no electricity. When we had to call management for opening the door. He wasn't sure if the property was clean. Property needs a little loving tender care.
