Private Beachfront Access | Heated Lap Pool | Fitness Center, Hot Tub, Tennis Court

Please note: Palacio is scheduled for an elevator modernization project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, the building may operate with only one elevator, with occasional periods when elevator service is temporarily unavailable. Guests may experience longer wait times, limited elevator access, and some construction-related activity and noise while work is underway.

Spacious and inviting, Palacio 904, proudly managed by Beach Getaways, offers expansive Gulf views from a private 9th-floor balcony, providing a relaxing retreat high above Perdido Key's sugar-white shoreline. Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities including a beachfront pool, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, all just steps from the sand. With its generous layout and close proximity to local shops and dining, this beachfront escape is ideal for spreading out, unwinding, and soaking in the coastal scenery. 🌊
