A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Welcome to Bravissimo Pons i Martí, a bright and stylish duplex apartment perfectly located in the heart of Girona’s old town. The apartment was completely renovated in November 2025, with great attention to comfort, quality and details. With high ceilings, large windows, and a cosy modern design, this charming space blends comfort, light, and a touch of Girona’s character. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. In the living room, there’s a sofa bed offering extra flexibility. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay—dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and more. The bathroom on the upper floor includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The apartment comes with air conditioning, heating, fast Wi-Fi and a TV, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located on the third floor of a building with a lift, Bravissimo Pons i Martí is the perfect base to explore Girona’s historic streets, vibrant culture, and beautiful surroundings.
The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights).
More information:
Once you book, you’ll get access to your personal Bravissimo App, your all-in-one guide for a smooth and enjoyable stay. It includes everything you need for an easy arrival, check-in instructions, parking tips, and helpful info for during your time in Girona. And if you have any questions at any point, we’re always here and happy to help!
