Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you require mail services during your stay, we recommend purchasing a temporary local P.O. Box.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.
🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. We have been here several times and love it. Location is perfect. It is quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of the public beach. We will definitely feel like you are on vacation. Only criticism I could come up with is that the pillows and bedding could need a refresh to something more upgraded. More towels would be helpful as we found our self doing towel laundry during the week. We will be back!

I’ll start with the good - there’s so much to like about this property! First the location is amazing, in the quiet part of Clearwater with a simple walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. The view was spectacular and access to all the amenities of the hotel made the trip very pleasant. Plenty of space and modern upgrades. The private beach and all included beach items make it easy to simply just enjoy the oceanA few items to work on, all relatively minor in the grand scheme of things. The bathrooms had some mold spots in the grout and the bathtub did not have hot water working (never got warmer than room temp).

This place is absolutely beautiful. We loved watching manatees and dolphins swim by from our balcony. The manatees swim almost up to the shore it’s amazing. The beach is gorgeous and nice and shallow for small children. This will be the only place we stay from now on when visiting Clearwater Beach.
