🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. The place was nice but couldn't use any of the amenities such as beach and pool. The roof top pool was closed most of our trip due to winds and beach couldn't be used because the sand was pelleting us. The Marriott still charged us over 35 per day for the resort fees. I felt like I signed my life away with the rental agreement and was nervous the whole time that I wouldn't do someone excactly perfect per the agreement. Late check in after 4 pm and early checkout at 10 am made it impossible to take advantage of the resort on arrival and departure days. We did use the bike rentals on two days for 2 hours which was nice. Florida weather is very unpredictable in January and February so not sure we will be back.
