Great place! Clean and very accommodating. Only downside was not being able to use the large balcony due to construction, but other than that the ocean view condo was great!

Wonderful, well equipped condo: comfy beds, great view, beautiful grounds.

This condo is very nicely appointed. The furnishings were beachy and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully outfitted and the owners have provided beach equipment, etc. for a really nice stay. The pictures in the listing accurately portray the condo. Nice place! However, the overall property is very unwelcoming. While it's obvious that many of the owners opt to rent their properties out (like here on VRBO), it seems that the residents and Association take a dim view of that practice. When you arrive you're immediately advised (scolded?) with a detailed list of everything you can't do. "This isn't a resort, it's a community." That community spirit is well exemplified by the bevy of manatees lolling in the pool on their pool noodles and making loud, catty remarks about younger women in bikinis.I wish we could have had this condo in a more welcoming location.
