The glass sliders open out to the beachfront balcony! The kitchen is open to the living room and is light and bright. Only 2 cons…, first the pros….location cannot be beat!!! The views from the condo are amazing and the walk out to the beach was even better than my expectations. Very close to the pier. Having the garage was a great perk. My cons are that the A/C would never get below 77 degrees despite never turning it down past 73 (instructions said don’t go below 72) . This wasn’t a problem during the day because we were not there, but we were all miserably hot and sweaty at night (kids included) since bedrooms were upstairs and it was noticeably warmer upstairs. Second con were the mattresses (all of them). They were not comfortable at all. My 15 year old said it felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. I did not check the label/brand, but they seemed very cheap. So sleep wasn’t very good. But other than those two things, we had a great stay! Pensacola is beautiful and we love visiting!

The condo is as pictured! It has updates but is definitely an older style condo. It was perfect for me and my 3 grandchildren- the proximity to the beach & pool is the biggest plus!! It was very clean upon arrival!Thankful I didn’t drive my truck bc it wouldn’t have fit in the garage height wise. The cushions on balconies are dry rotted. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but a very small one. If the tv works in the small bedroom- we never figured it out but wasn’t an issue.

Absolutely LOVED the location and the view! The unit does need some updating. Plenty of room for a family to stay.
