•The location! – Ocean Views and you can hear the sounds of the ocean, just steps to the beach (Please keep in mind, the house is located on an extra-wide direct beach access with parking, at times it can get full. Most love the feel, others may not.)

Housekeeping, Maintenance, Inspection & Cleaning Notes:
We believe a very clean & functional home is of the utmost importance for our guests upon arrival. Between each guest stay our beach homes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized & inspected.
All of our in-house housekeepers are trained in our proprietary ‘Sparkling Clean’ cleaning process and as of 2025 every beach house contains at least one floor-cleaning Robot on-site. Our staff also includes a full-time licensed Builder, so if an unlikely maintenance issue does occur, you can feel confident it will be fixed fast!
As further commitment to delivering an exceptional stay a ‘Quality Assurance Inspection’ occurs prior to arrival.
Pet Friendly Guidelines:
We love dogs and are happy to have your four-legged family members join you. Due to additional detailed cleaning required following a pet stay we do request a fee of $25 per night.
Please note:
• One dog max
• Some breeds may not be permitted due to insurance restrictions
• This fee does not include excessive pet hair removal, stain removal on fabrics or droppings pick-up
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and property. For those, that enjoy clean laundry, like us, we have a washer + dryer set up in it's own laundry room.
Other things to note:
Check-Out Expectations: We invest a lot of time, money and effort to deliver exceptional stays for our guests. If deliberate damage, disrespect or lack of basic cleanliness is identified during the check-out inspection process, the guest of record will be charged to compensate needed cleaning and ensure the property is ready for incoming guests.

We love sharing our favorite local eateries, activities and beach living secrets. Our website is full of our personal content & information, it can be a great resource whether you stay with us or at another place.
For guests that do stay with us, we provide a guide that most incoming guests have found helpful in planning their OBX adventure. Additionally, we are available and happy to share any specific food or activity recommendations our guests may have questions about.

The home is even better than advertised. Excellent communication with host. Home is in an excellent location and ocean views from rooms/kitchen/deck on the 3rd floor. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This place was perfect for our family group which included one small dog. We had plenty of individual and shared space. The location was great. It was actually much closer to the beach than we expected and had great views of the ocean. The house was well stocked with kitchen and beach items.

The property was a little pricier than we had initially wanted to spend, but after staying there we have no regrets! The location was perfect, as we were meeting up with extended family staying just a street away. The house has super convenient walking access to the beach, great open living space for large meal gatherings, lots of room for the family to spread out and have downtime. The indoor hammock was a fun touch. Outdoor shower was awesome (also private and clean) and the fenced back yard was great for our dog to have some running room. Everything was very neat and clean. Lots of helpful guides and communication from the owners. Thoughtful things like built-in baby gates on both upper levels, washer & dryer near the middle bedrooms, helpful extras like bikes, beach wagon for toting gear back and forth, beach chairs, etc. My only two notes would be 1) if you’re going to cook meals from scratch for large groups of people, you may need a few extra pots and pans or serving dishes. They had a nice large stock pot and all the basics, but if you’re serving more than 4-6 people, bring extra plates and silverware to supplement, and 2) the kitchen, master br, and main living area are on the top floor, so know that you’ll be doing a lot of stairs. The result is a great view from the top, though! We had a wonderful week and made lots of good memories with family!
