This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This historic upper apartment is within 1/2 mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10-minute drive from the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 1-minute drive from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With its contemporary decor, a newly remodeled kitchen and plenty of space, this house is full of character, amenities with a pet friendly back yard.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family. It’s quiet and clean, parking is convenient and the location is walking distance to down town.

Very clean , nicely updated with all household needs available. Parking was easily accessible and safe off street . Steps up to apartment were challenging especially for elderly and bulky luggage . Overall very satisfied with our stay. The address on the VRBO listing was incorrect . We arrived at the wrong location initially and had to contact property manager and he promptly replied with the correct address.

Wonderful historic home, walkable to so many things, I rented an electric bike and did the bridge tour. I highly recommend this VRBO!
