Four Peaks is our 9 BR 7.5 BA, 6000sq ft, authentic Breckenridge home one block from Main Street, 300 yds from ski lifts with sleeping capacity of 20 guests. This is the most convenient home summer or winter for large groups in Breckenridge. This home has 5 of 9 master bedrooms, and a king or queen bed in every room. Amenities include games room with pool table and air hockey, three common living rooms with large flat screen TVs, gourmet kitchen and lots of dining space, and parking for 7 cars including garage. The hot tub beckons you to relax and enjoy the mountain views.
This home is perfect for Family Reunions, large groups, families traveling together, team tournaments, Corporate Retreats, Conferences and so much more. The spaciousness of the 6000 sq ft allows everyone to feel like they have enough space, can walk anywhere in town, and get the opportunity to experience Breckenridge Nostalgia.
LOCATION – The Historic District encompasses a large portion of downtown Breckenridge and is a highly desirable area for guests, giving this property the perfect year-round location. This is the perfect place to stay for a larger group ski getaway. Multiple rooms with their own bathrooms and right around the literal corner from all the shopping and dining. The view of the mountains is stunning and it was really nice having convenient parking. I would 10/10 recommend this property and if we head back to Breck I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

Host was great. Easy to work with. Location was a 5 out of 5. So close to everything. Easy walking distance to shops, places to eat, bars, grocery store.Views were also a 5 out of 5.. Especially in the hot tub. To be fair to the fact that the property is the Breckenridge Historic District and designated on the National Register of Historic Places, it needs some improvements. I would rate everything else a 2 or 3 out of 5. Here is the good and bad about the property:The good:-Linens were clean-Beds were comfortable-Spa whirlpool - worked great-Smart TV's in most every room-Washing machine - new and worked-Dryer - new and workedThe things that need to be worked on:-Rugs and carpet need to be replaced-Living Area - furniture is old-Furniture in bedrooms are worn and old-Dining area - chairs need support for the seats -Internet - was spotty - did not work in parts of the house-Dishwasher - there are two - one is older and did not work -Stove did not work-Outside - need some improvements. Wires hanging and could use a coat of paint.-In regards to the TV's, remotes needed new batteries and instructions were not clear to get them to work. Did not work in every location.-Garage - did not use but is where trash bins are located-Smoke detectors - some needed new batteries - we had to go buy batteries - they were beeping.
