We enjoyed our stay here! The place is really cute and nicely decorated. The location is awesome, just a 7 minute walk into town. The town of Nevada City is well worth visiting, by the way. To be overly picky, the living room and bathroom are on the small side, so be aware if you're looking for a large hang-out space. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this place!

Perfect house for a group of friends to get away too - plus a fenced in yard for the dogs. Loved it and will visit again.

This property was such a magical place to stay at Christmas time. Our family of six along with our two labs enjoyed everything this property had to offer. We spent our days walking into downtown. We happened to be there for Victorian Christmas. We found a lovely mobile massage therapist who set up in the loft with plenty of room to give us the most relaxing massages. We cooked every evening and found the kitchen to be adequately stocked with everything we needed. Our host, Judy was accessible by text and quickly responded to any questions. Hope to visit again soon!

The house is cute, nicely decorated. A/C is only wall units, so the upstairs was too hot, which made our stay more uncomfortable. The house is older and in need of some repairs.
