Villa Cinera is set in the countryside of the Itria Valley, surrounded by private gardens and open land shaped by olive trees and soft light. The setting feels quiet and restorative, rooted in a landscape where well-being comes naturally.

The property brings together two distinct architectural souls: a contemporary country house and a traditional trullo. Clean lines and minimalist interiors sit comfortably alongside historic forms, creating spaces that feel balanced, calm, and easy to live in.

Outdoors, the garden opens generously around the house and pool, inviting long days spent outside. Mornings begin slowly, afternoons move between shade and water, and evenings often unfold under soft light and open skies.

Villa Cinera is a place to slow down and reset — grounded, serene, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Space:

Villa Cinera is composed of two separate buildings, offering a natural balance between shared living and more private spaces.

Main House

The main house is a contemporary countryside residence, designed for comfort and ease. It hosts three bedrooms: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. A third bathroom serves the remaining spaces, keeping the layout practical and relaxed.

At the centre of the house, an open-plan living area brings together the kitchen and sitting room. This space opens directly onto a shaded veranda, allowing indoor life to flow naturally outdoors throughout the day.

Traditional Trullo

Set slightly apart, the trullo represents the historic heart of the property. It hosts a double bedroom and a small lounge area, with a bathroom featuring a shower. This space feels intimate and self-contained, offering a quieter retreat within the estate.

Across the property, outdoor areas are designed for unhurried living. The swimming pool is set within the garden and surrounded by open space, while a large veranda, barbecue area, and relaxed seating support long meals and quiet evenings outdoors.

Villa Cinera offers a simple sense of balance — between old and new, openness and shelter, shared time and private rest.

Neighborhood:

The villa is secluded and peaceful, it is hidden away down a quiet country lane, and surrounded by nature and olive groves.
