Located in Carolina Beach this newly renovated, spotless, Winds V1 condo is located on Carolina Beach Ave N, JUST A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE BOARDWALK, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. The living room and deck offer expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom patio offers beautiful sunset views over the canal. The property offers a COMMUNITY POOL, BEACH ACCESS and COVERED PARKING (2 car limit). Cable TV and WI-FI internet access are included. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, TV and adjoining bath. The second bedroom offers 2 full sized beds and TV. The living room offers a full sized sleeper sofa. Leave the dirty laundry to us. BED LINENS AND TOWELS/WASHCLOTHS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. You will only need to bring beach towels. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the cooking items you will need. We also have a washer and dryer. This property is STRICTLY **NON-SMOKING indoors or out. ** We are implementing extra cleaning and disinfecting practices between stays. Great location and views! Super easy access to the beach and beautiful sunrises. On Thursday nights there are fireworks, which you can see from the balcony. Other reviewers mentioned issues with towels and parking. We didn’t have a car, so parking wasn’t a problem, but we agree more bath towels are needed. The beach chairs and toys were a nice bonus, but the chairs need some TLC. If you’re driving, bring your own. Overall a great stay!

The home is beautiful and set up well for our family. Ms. Cindy, our host, was so helpful and checked in with us the day or and during our stay. She was able to make recommendations for local restaurants and things to do for our family. The beach view is unparalleled and completely unobstructed, absolutely gorgeous for sunrises and in the back off the master the is a bay view as well.

Beautiful ocean view from the condo and deck. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Clean and all amenities needed were included. Fans in all rooms helped keep the place cool. Would recommend and stay again!
