Central location -- walk or bike to everything: Pearl Street; CU Campus; Google; hiking & biking; Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Trader Joe's and Sprouts; many restaurants and cafes; The Dairy Arts Center; 29th Street Mall; bike paths, hiking and more.

Just loved staying here! Close to everything, quiet, clean, comfortable! Loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening!
