Breakfast was fine. Food at their restaurants in general were good just expensive. The staff were very responsive and very helpful and I would rate them with 5 stars.
Thought with the room prices being so high that breakfast should be free and the parking fees be reduced. $40/night parking is pretty high and was not mentioned when I booked the room.

Brilliantly located in downtown Boulder. You can’t beat this location. While the hotel is dated, it is a historical hotel and show shows wonderful character. It is a beautiful old building. Room was very spacious. Bedding was very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the meal portions were very generous. Good food and good service.
Well, an old hotel I felt the room furnishings had not been upgraded or maintained all that well particularly the couch. It seemed a bit dirty.

Perfect location to enjoy Boulder
Should probably just put a kettle for tea and instant coffee. The coffee situation in room (505 Historic) very 1990’s.
The bed too soft (although linens lovely).

It’s an old hotel very nice but old. Noisy A/C comfortable beds.
Location is wonderful right by Pearl street nice restaurant and coffee shop inside the hotel
