A 5 minute walk you can admire the Giudecca Canal, or stop you for a spritz and tramezzini in Campo Santa Margherita.
Not far you can go to visit the Guggenheim Museum (modern art), the Accademia (classical art), and contemporary art collections of Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana (Pinault Foundation).
In the evening, you will find a lively Campo Santa Margherita with its wine bars and typical 'osterie', in what is the heart of the nightlife in Venice.

Lovely old apartment with three bedrooms. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Great communication with landlord.

The apartment was friendly and well-equipped; a proper home from home. It was mid-August and the apartment was really hot without Air Conditioning but the host had already mentioned this to us before booking. The location is walkable to much of the city and was away from the crowds, which was great. There were a few quiet bars and cafes on the street which gave the area a neighbourhood feel.

15 minutes walk from academia. Simple but clean and well equipped.
