The Neighborhood:
Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.
Restaurants: Brennecke`s Restaurant and Deli, Puka Dogs Properties we manage: Niki Kai 200, 203, 509, 802, 806, Malia Makai, Poipu Shores 101A, 102A, 207A, Poipu Palms 204, Makahuena 1-204, 1-310, and Halana Malie.
Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.
Other Things to Note:
All reservations require a 25% payment to hold chosen dates.
• 45 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance is due in full

• Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date are 100% refundable.

Communication was excellent from the very beginning. Clear instructions for check-in. The condo is breathtakingly beautiful, and the views were to die for. Well equipped with everything we needed, and we really appreciate that there was a boogie board, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach. Also a couple of ice chests. We were very surprised when a welcome basket arrived with a sweet note about something we were celebrating. This trip was monumental for us and we couldn’t have made a better choice on to stay.Easy walk to Poipu Beach. where our grandkids had a blast and we’re very safe in the water with the lifeguards. Thank you so much for a trip. We will never forget!

This stay was incredible! I can't say enough about the views, the condo was perfectly clean, plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Responsiveness to an A/C issue was very quick, also the A/C issue was user error, no actual problems with the system.

We loved this property. We had a lot of fun in the pool. The room layout was very good for our family of five. We especially loved the view from the deck. Convenient location and walkable to poipu beach. There are tons of turtles on poipu beach at night one night we counted 27!!! We enjoyed the Poipu Beach Athletic club which you get free access to if you stay there. The unit and kitchen were well stocked. Overall we highly recommend staying here.5 stars!!!
