Spacious apartment located within the Holiday Residence in Sirmione, completely renovated and tastefully furnished. From the apartment and bedrooms, one enjoys a splendid view of Lake Garda, which makes the stay even more evocative.
The apartment offers bright and comfortable spaces and consists of two double bedrooms, both with lake views, one of which has a balcony, and a small bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or teenagers. The sleeping area is completed by a modern bathroom with a shower.
The living area features a spacious living room with a relaxation area and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, with access to a habitable balcony, perfect for breakfasts or outdoor dinners thanks to the external dining area.
The Holiday Residence is highly appreciated for its spacious green areas, its beautiful panoramic swimming pool with lake view and sunbeds, and its convenient direct access to the beach, ideal for those who wish to enjoy the lake in total relaxation.

We like the location right on Lake Garda and the pool on site, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location and the security of the complex.

The electricity went a few times - also a safe deposit box would be great
