Great house! Convenient to everything, clean and well decorated. Split level w living areas both up and down. Perfect for our large fam on our daughter’s wedding weekend. Loved the gathering space (open kitchen, dining room, living room upstairs) and all the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing Knoxville trip as a result of staying in this home. The house was perfect (spacious, comfortable, relaxing). The proximity to shopping/food/entertainment is superb and the location was quiet she in a great neighborhood. I will always want to stay here whenever we visit! The host was AMAZING, too. MOST HELPFUL! Love it here! You will too.

We truly enjoyed the house throughout our five night stay. It is the ideal setup for a family of five. The two “family” rooms allowed for our group to spread out when needed. The house had everything we could ask for and even had holiday decorations in place. It was very clean and well appointed. We would recommend the rental to any group coming to the area. The location is perfect for all things in the area.
