The cottage was clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Check-in was easy. The location is great. If going back to fort Collins, we would absolutely stay there again.

The cottage was a perfect size for my husband and me. Location is a 20 minute walk to Old Town and two blocks north of CSU. The unit was very clean. Downstairs bedroom had a comfortable queen bed. Up the spiral staircase is a spacious loft area with two twin beds. Living/dining/kitchen open space is quite cozy but functional. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. FYI, there is no stove or dishwasher. Host Lynne was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot water heater. Cottage access is from rear alley as the main house is on the street. Plenty of parking. Neighborhood is a mix of permanent residents and college rentals. Little Bird Bakeshop is a six block walk and a great morning coffee and bite destination.

The cottage was a very cute, clean place to stay and was in walking distance of Old Town and the CSU transit center which was important to us. The oven that is listed in the amenities is a microwave convection oven not a conventional oven, if that matters to you. The space outside the cottage is very lovely to sit and have coffee or eat a meal. I would definitely stay here again.
