Welcome to our home! This townhouse was recently renovated and is a high end WATERFRONT property. Enjoy this three level, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath town home in the beautiful community of Bethany Marina, just minutes from Bethany Beach. This property has a boat slip on the Indian River bay which can hold up to a 34' boat with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean, known for great saltwater fishing!
Address- 37961 Marina Road unit 69, Oceanview DE (use Google/Apple Maps to view location). The check-in is 2:00pm, check-out 10:00am.
Three decks overlook the water and when you are ready, take the Ocean Kayak for a spin on the bay. Water is everywhere! Check your emails via the high-speed internet and then make dinner in the kitchen or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.
The main level includes a powder room and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy water views from several of the windows. The dining table seats six and the adjoining living area has attractive furnishings and a nice TV. This level leads out to a waterfront deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outside or relax over cocktails while watching the gorgeous sunset.
The lower level has its own entrance and indoor access to garage storage. There is a full bath, bunk bed bedroom and family room with comfortable mustard furnishings and a TV with DVD player. You can walk-out to the deck where you can sunbathe or walk to your boat.
The upper level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, and a full bath. There is an adjoining balcony to relax on and enjoy the views. The other bedrooms contain a queen size bed and a bunk bed. They share a full bath and both have water views. There are comforters & pillows on each of the beds. The house DOES NOT come with sheets, towels, or other linens. You can bring them with you or rent them from Coastal Beach Services, a local company that delivers and picks up a variety of essentials for your beach stay. The unit has plenty of storage and there is a washer and dryer. There is a garage used for storage where you can store your bicycles, beach gear, surf boards, water skis, etc. The public beaches, Bethany Beach boardwalk, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. Big Fish Restaurant and the G&E grocery store is less than a half mile walk.
The beds are as follows: 3rd floor- (1) kings, (1) queen, (1) bunkbeds (single/single),1st floor- (1) bunkbeds (double/single)
** Please note... In June, July and August, we do NOT rent for partial weeks. There is a seven night minimum term required during the summer. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The house DOES NOT come with sheets, towels, or other linens. Everything was perfect! We enjoyed staying here, it had everything we needed especially the amount of space. The owner is great and helpful. The views are gorgeous and we are sad to leave today, but grateful to have found such a wonderful vacation home.

The house was not cleaned when we arrived. We contacted the host (owner) and left a message telling him the place wasn’t cleaned. Also the pots and pans were so dirty they were unusable. The owner did call an stated he contacted the cleaners, who showed up around 7 pm. He followed up to ask if the cleaners came and that we should buy whatever pots and pans we needed and he would reimburse us. We bought two and took them home with us and of course didn’t ask for reimbursement. He also stated he was going to refund us the cleaning fee. I waited for several weeks and still no refund check for the cleaning fee. So I texted him stating we hadn’t received the refund and I included my address just in case he didn’t know where to send the check. He contacted me and stated he would send the check right out. It is now November 2 and still no check. We rented the house for two weeks in September! If he had no intention of refunding us the cleaning fee he never should have offered to do so. We did not request it, but since he stated he was going to we excepted his offer. Not a good business move on his part!
Having had this experience has raised serious concerns about dealing with this owner. I’d recommend you look elsewhere for your vacation rental.
