This is the second time we have stayed at this flat. It has all you need. It is close to downtown restaurants and tourist areas. It’s roomy and has a washer and dryer. Ken is available but not intrusive.

The third floor apartment is charming and in an ideal location. There are a choice of restaurants and a Whole Foods within a few blocks. Ken is a very responsive host. The stairs to the top floor apartment are steep but doable even when carrying groceries.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. Ken, the host, was so easy to communicate with and available for restaurant recommendations and transportation advice. He even helped us carry in our luggage! We had a rental car and no problem parking near the house. Private, lovely home in a vibrant neighborhood.

What a beautiful neighborhood to stay in. We enjoyed our stay in Jamaica Plains. The neighborhood was quiet and had great nearby restaurants. We would stay again.
