Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. Some updating and general sprucing up could be done. Pool does not match the photo in the ad. Closeness to the beach a big plus.

We had a great time. The space was seriously excellent and it is a great location. The beach access across the street was fantastic. The host was very responsive. I didn't know about biker week so Saturday night Ocean Blvd was crowded and loud. After that it was very nice and tranquil. Next time I will check the event calendar better and avoid biker week. I would totally stay here again.
